Been spending the whole weekend with my cousin jared who came in from the states through the philippines. Brought him out today and showed him the school. Then we bussed to the esplanade where we relaxed a little and each bought a mrs field's muffin! Man i havent eaten one of those in AGES! Another interesting thing about today is that my mum wanted me to host him so all costs were paid for by her. I actually found out what it feels like to not care about how much i spent in a day since it wasnt my allowance xD. But i guessi shouldnt get used to it. once is good enough though! Only ended up spending about 30 bucks for both of us all in all anyway. So yeah after the muffin we went to the library where i probably bored him with like 20 minutes searching for a DVD and cursing while waiting at the information counter. But still, thank goodness i didnt commit to the premium membership which costs 20 bucks (for now). Guess i'm still a cheapo at heart! Rooftop for 5 minutes after that quickly pointing out the cool stuff visible from there and off to suntec after that for lunch. Then my mother picked us up, dropped me home and brought him to vivocity. Met msdawn at 6 to run through exam and new pieces and had a chance to walk around forum galleria for a while. i went to toysrus ahahaha. Back to waking up early again tomorrow. Final week, i know i'll miss this holiday when its over. |
